Well I gave away my first scholarship this year to an Ashland Senior. Congratulations to Jordan Reeder, the winner of the $250 scholarship. I will be ofering it again next year. For an Art, Journalism, or Photography major.
So be sure to look for it 2010 Seniors.

Boy this blogging is alot of work. lol
Not really. I guess I just need to slow down a bit and make it a priority.
Well we are gearing up for those 2010 Seniors.
Plus getting finished up with some 2009 seniors(you guys know who you are,lol).
We are going to do some special things this year. Like give the 2010 seniors 10 pics to put on facebook from their senior session.
And they get a free family session to give mom and dad.
Boy wont that make you look good to them. lol
Just wanted to give you a sneak peak at what we are planning.

Well Im off to another weekend of learning and shooting at the annual Missouri Professional Photographers seminar.
I learn so much to bring back to my studio every year. I always look forward to what I hear and learn.
I will be there Sunday and Monday and I promise to bring back new ideas to try out. lol
And will do better keeping up on showing you what im doing and shooting. I love having the opportunity to shoot all the wonderful people who come to me. I sure hope I can continue to do so, As i truly love meeting all the new and old friends.
As I count everyone I meet as a friend.

Here is Hannah, She is such a beauty. I really enjoyed working with her. Thank you Hannah for allowing me to shoot your senior portraits. There will be more portraits of Hannah coming soon. We are going to do some on the golf course where she works. As shes quite the avid golfer too.

Hey Alex I love your truck. Had a blast with you and your friends. Was alot of fun reminiscing about old trucks and muscle cars.
See women can be gearheads too. These guys were so much fun to shoot and were so good natured when i nicknamed one of them Sweetpea and PeeWee(you know which one you are, lol) Anyway thanks guys for making it so much fun.

This is Jadon, I have been doing his pictures since his mothers maternity portraits. Newborn, 3mos, 6 mos, 9 mos, 12 mos and his 2yr portraits. We decided to start outside in his play area and then came indoors to do pictures. He looks so much like his dad and I see mom too in his eyes. But man is he a cute one. I just want to give him lots of hugs.
Love ya Jadon you are growing up so fast. Im so thrilled I have gotten to be a part of your life from the beginning and hope to get to continue to document your life for many years.

Heres Leslie. such a cutie. We had fun didnt we. lol Hope you like them Leslie. You will be a teenager this Dec. So enjoy your last few months as a tween.

Here is just the cutest bulldog puppy ever!. Meet Lord Baltimore. He was so much fun and had so much personality.
I wanted to bring him home with me. lol Im such a sucker for puppies but he was so comical. My son Austin would have loved it. Hes always telling me, “mom i want a bulldog”. After playing with Lord Id take one too. lol
